All Waves plugins: major upgrade to V17
New features and improvements in Waves V17
New: An improved preset menu system, replacing both the old pop-up menu and the preset browser. It combines the capabilities of both solutions, supports pop-up and separate display modes, text search and easy navigation. Added to all Waves plugins except Q-Clone, Curves Equator, Curves Resolve, IR1 series, IRLive, GTR series, Tune Real-Time, X-Noise and Z-Noise.
New: COSMOS Sample Finder, Curves AQ, InTrigger Drum Replacer, Key Detector, StudioVerse and Sync Vx now run entirely natively on Apple Silicon without Rosetta 2-dependent background processes.
MondoMod: completely redesigned GUI.
PSE (Primary Source Expander):
A 5 Hz frequency shift has been added to increase the gain margin until open mic feedback occurs.
Ducking attenuation range extended to -60 dB for more flexible dynamic control.
CLA MixDown: Added the Link In/Out parameter, allowing you to simultaneously adjust the input and output levels in one action.
WLM /WLM Plus: WLM is now available as an AudioSuite plugin, allowing full offline analysis of program volume without real-time playback.
EMO-Q4: Added real-time spectrum analyzer with Offset control to configure display in both SoundGrid and native environments.
REQ (Renaissance Equalizer): Real-time spectrum analyzer now available in SoundGrid environment.
Q10 and F6: for touch screens, control of the Q gesture «pinch gesture» parameter (pinch gesture) has been added.
Sync Vx: added support for Samplitude and Sequoia in VST3 and ARA formats.
StudioVerse Audio Effects: macro control pages expanded to 13 pages of 8 macros each.
Bug fixes in Waves V17
Fixed in all Waves plugins
Sidechain switching now works correctly in Luna for Windows (VST3).
Fixed a glitch in Pro Tools when SyncroArts RePitch 2 is installed.

• Loaded presets are now stored correctly when dragging MIDI clips into Cubase/Nuendo.

  MacOS application windows are now correctly restored after being minimized via Dock.

  Fixed a glitch in Pro Tools when SyncroArts RePitch 2 is installed.
  CLA MixHub
  Pro Tools no longer freezes when closing the plugin interface during active text input.
  COSMOS
• Ableton Live (.asd) analysis files no longer trigger unnecessary Changes Detected notification.
  Curves AQ
  The SC Listen button becomes inactive in the absence of a connected sidechain.
  The nodes opened in the Learn zone now respond correctly to user actions and remain interactive.
  Doubler
• Turning Low Gain EQ on and off no longer triggers audio clicks.
  GTR Tool Rack/Solo Tool Rack
• Using the Move Left command for the amplifier in the Stomp section no longer causes interface damage or crashes.
  IDX Intelligent Dynamics
  The plugin’s bypass is now fully synced with the host bypass system in all supported DAWs.
  Immersive Wrapper
• Components 7.1 and 7.1.2 are now correctly routed in Logic Pro.
  L4
• The Loudness Meter (Short/Long) setting is now correctly saved and restored when the project is reloaded.
  Magma BB Tubes
• Tone Pre and Post regulators respond correctly to Touch & Slide controls in LV1.
  MultiMod Rack
  Mod FX bypass and menu («hamburger») now working correctly.
  ReelADT
  The Mute, Phase, Sync, LFO On/Off, and Monitor buttons are now correctly assigned to hardware controller switches in concert applications.
  Waves Harmony
• The key settings (Scale) are correctly saved and restored between scenes in LV1 and SuperRack.
  WLM Plus
• Exporting the CSV log to macOS now includes all the necessary data.
  H-EQ
  The Stereo Link function now extends to the phase inversion button as well, inverting the left and right channels at the same time.
  RChannel
  The drop-down menu for selecting the filter type now opens correctly in the classic interface.
  CR8 Creative Sampler
  The global output level is now correctly stored in presets.
  The Poly Aftertouch modulator works correctly on all supported hosts.
  OVox Vocal Resynthesis
  Mod FX bypass and menu now working correctly.
  The Poly Aftertouch modulator works correctly on all supported hosts.
  Scheps Omni Channel
• Full Reset and PA Default presets are now displayed at the top of the preset menu.
• HPF frequency is now adjusted correctly via Touch & Turn in LV1/SuperRack.
• Eliminated Pro Tools hang when closing the interface during text input.
  StudioVerse
  Eliminated host hangs when loading presets.
  Pro Tools’ gain reduction information is displayed correctly when SyncroArts RePitch 2 is installed in the AAX folder.
  The mouse cursor no longer jumps when you click on values in the macro editing window.
  Module parameters inside Chainer plugins (CLA MixHub, Scheps Omni Channel, AR TG Mastering, MultiMod Rack) can now be assigned to macros.
  Sync Vx
• Dynamic Split now works correctly in REAPER on macOS and Windows.
  The runtime indicator now terminates correctly on Windows systems where the svml_dispmd.dll file is set to C:\Windows\System32.
  TG12345
• M/S mode is displayed correctly after the project is rebooted.
• Automation lines display the correct units (dB and kHz) for all parameters.
  New premium feature StudioVerse: Mix Unlock
  Mix Unlock — is a real-time system separation technology right inside your DAW.
  It allows you to divide any stereo track into:
• 2 Stema: Vocals + Instruments (vocals and instruments)
• 4 stema: Vocals, Drums, Bass and Instruments (vocals, drums, bass and other instruments)
  With Mix Unlock you can:
• fix pre-made mixes;
• create mashups;
• change the balance of elements;
• highlight individual tools;
• recycle completed tracks even without access to the original multi-track session.
  Mix Unlock is a premium feature of StudioVerse Audio Effects and requires a separate license.
  It is available:
• under a separate perpetual license;
• in Waves Essential and Waves Ultimate subscriptions.
  In addition, for a limited time, the feature is provided free of charge to all owners of any Waves V17 plugin.

1. We install Waves Central (in 1-Installer)
2. We launch, we choose Offline Installer, finding a folder Waves (in 1-Installer), we choose partially or full Waves Ultimate
3. We apply a patch Waves Ultimate 2025.3 patch.exe
